Product Prices and Descriptions

$4 per 15"x5" loaf
Challah: Light & fluffy, these traditionally Jewish braided loaves are wonderful for anything from a Reuben Sandwich, to toast and French Toast.
Buy them in pairs for Shabbat or other holiday celebrations!
Ingredients: Flour, Yeast, Honey, Egg, Oil, Salt

$6 per 9" loaf
4 for $20

Traditional Rustic Loaf: I let these loaves rise for 18 hours before baking them at a high temperature in a ceramic pot. This gives them a nice yeasty flavor inside and a crispy crust on the outside. A great everyday bread, the perfect choice for sandwiches, toast or dipping some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Ingredients : Flour, Yeast, Salt

Pumpkin Harvest Loaf: Moist and sweet, this quick-bread contrasts its pumpkin-y goodness with the tangy taste of Cranberry!
Ingredients :  Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Spice,Flour, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Eggs, Cranberries, Baking Soda, Water

Other Quick Breads also available upon request including Banana Bread, Zucchini Bread and Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Whole Wheat Bread is a great healthy choice! I bake them at a high temperature in a ceramic pot to lock in the moisture for tasty bread all week long. Great as toast in the morning with a bit of blueberry jam!
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt

Savory Onion and Garlic Galette: Made with semolina flour, this garlic and onion galette is a savory delight!
Ingredients: Flour, Butter, Garlic, Onion, Salt

(Galettes are made with what is seasonally available, including Strawberry, Apple, and Tomato )

Focaccia: Traced back to the days of pre-oven bread baking, when meals were prepared on the flat surface of the hearth, this soft and salty leavened flat-bread has an olive oil infused dough that will take you right back to the rustic streets of Italy (even if you've never been there!).

Ingredients: Flour, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast, Rosemary, Other Seasonal Herbs


Soft Pretzels:Cinnamon Sugar, Sea Salt, or Garlic Butter, these soft pretzels are a wonderful snack, so addictive, you may as well get half a dozen to share with your friends!
Ingredients: Flour, Cane Syrup, Salt, Butter
(Cinnamon Sugar or Garlic or Sea Salt)

$10 for Cinnamon/ $12 for Filled

King Cakes! Available only during Carnival Season!
 Made with Challah as the base, these king cakes are so tasty
 they will make you wanna get up and 2nd line to Hava Nagila!
May be available in other flavors upon special request
